Personal data processing
You acknowledge that based on the completed contact form, the controller, i.e. NOVIKO s.r.o., Company ID No. 28433092, registered office at Palackého třída 163, 612 00 Brno, as a part of a group Covetrus, will process your personal data as follows: name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail, and internet identifiers (IP address) (hereinafter referred to as “personal data"). If you complete the form, you agree that the controller may process your personal data for the purpose of sending a newsletter and may send you commercial messages in the form of offers of products and services, including the sending of advertisements, and for the purpose of internal analysis of the controller’s business activity.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without any impact on the legality of personal data processing before withdrawing your consent. You have the right to request access to your personal data, the right to the rectification of personal data which are inaccurate or outdated, the right to the deletion of personal data and the right to be forgotten. Likewise, you have the right to restrict processing, which means the right to reduce the scope of personal data processing, and the right to personal data portability, which means the handover of personal data to another controller. You have the right to object to personal data processing in situations when you want to terminate direct marketing vis-a-vis your person. You have the right to request an explanation and to file a complaint to the overseeing authority. If you consent to personal data processing, you grant your consent for the time necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from our contractual relationship, or for the time for which it is necessary to process your personal data in accordance with the controller’s legitimate interests or in order to fulfill statutory obligations. Upon termination of the contractual relationship, the controller will delete or anonymize your personal data, if their preservation is not required pursuant to valid legal regulations or the controller’s legitimate interests.
